As a child, Phil always had an interest in computers and how they worked. He continued helping people repair computers of theirs within his first year of college at Keystone and wanted to incorporate computers into his future career. He then decided to change his major and transferred to Wilkes University where he learned that he truly had a passion for programming. He enjoyed the assignments he was given and would find himself always trying to perfect them even when they were completed and handed in. He went on to earn a degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Computer Science.
In his spare time, Phil likes to play basketball, play video games in his man cave, and develop games (check out Mallow Man on the app store)! He also enjoys spending time with his high school sweetheart, Kayla, whom he just married in May 2019 and their dog, Cookie, although Cookie would much rather be doing other things!
Phil has learned a great amount from school, but cannot wait to enhance his knowledge and skills within the company. He previously held a position as an IT support tech at Children’s Service Center in Wilkes-Barre where he, too, learned different aspects of the field. However, Phil’s heart remained with the interest of developing. He has a passion for this field that he can’t wait to engage in and looks forward to seeing what his future holds.
